Petitioner is the claimant in OP(MV) No.873/2019 pending on the files of the MACT, Attingal. The petitioner seeks for a direction for an expeditious consideration of the same by the Tribunal.

2. The husband of the petitioner died in a motor accident on 27.05.2019. It is reported that OP(MV) presently stands posted to 05.03.2022 for the written statement of the third respondent Insurance Company.

3. On the facts as noticed above, it is only appropriate that the proceedings be tried and disposed of as expeditiously as possible.

4. Accordingly it is ordered that the Tribunal

shall advance the posting of the case with notice to both sides, and make every endeavour to have the OP(MV) -: 2 :- tried and disposed of on or before 31.07.2022.
