JUDGMENT

The petitioner has filed this contempt of court case alleging non- compliance of the directions contained in Annexure-AI judgment dated 23.02.2021 in W.P.(C)No.3869 of 2021, whereby the respondent herein was directed to finally dispose of L.S.M.No.1 of 2000 with notice to all parties, within a period of seven months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the judgment, if there are no other legal impediments.

2. On 09.02.2022, when this contempt case came up for

admission, the learned Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the respondent has already conducted a hearing on 27.10.2021 and some more time is required to finalise the proceedings.

3. Today when the case is taken up for consideration, the

learned Government Pleader would submit that the respondent has already disposed of L.S.M.No.1 of 2000. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Pleader, this contempt case is closed.
