ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 13.03.2026 in Crl.R.C.No.639 of 2026, to produce the original RC Book along with a self-attested Photostat copy of the RC Book of the vehicle and other relevant records to prove his ownership. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram, shall peruse the RC book and other records, retain a xerox copy of the same and return the original RC book to the petitioner.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing

for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that “the petitioner shall produce a duplicate RC Book duly certified by the Assistant Registering Authority, Kanchipuram, along with a self-attested photocopy of the same”. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
