.....the petitioner being released on bail, but on strict conditions. therefore, the bail application is disposed of with the following directions. the petitioner shall surrender before the investigating officer on 10.06.2022. in the event of arrest of the petitionerb.a. no. 476 of 2022 3 in crime no.6 of 2022 of crime branch police station (cb), ernakulam the petitioner shall be released on bail on the following conditions:(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for sum of rs.1,00,000/- (rupees one lakh only) with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the jurisdictional court;(ii) petitioner shall appear before the investigating officer in crime no.6/2022 crime branch police station as and when summoned to do so;(iii) petitioner shall co-operate with the investigation and make himself available for interrogation whenever required;(iv) petitioner shall not tamper with any evidence;(v) petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any witness acquainted with thefacts of the case so as to dissuade themfrom disclosing such facts to the court or b.a. no. 476 of 2022 4 to any police officer;(vi) petitioner shall surrender hispassport before the jurisdictional court. if the petitioner do not have passport, he shall execute an affidavit to that effect and file the same before the jurisdictional court.(vii) petitioner shall not involve in any other crime while on bail. if any of the aforesaid conditions are violated, the investigating officer in crime no.6/2022 of crime branch police station may file an application before this court for cancellation of bail. sd/- viju abraham,judge pm

ORDER

This is an application for anticipatory bail.

2. Petitioner is the 6th accused in Crime No.6 of 2022 of Crime Branch Police Station, (CB), Ernakulam District.

3. When the matter was taken up for consideration today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is ready to surrender before the investigating officer.

4. Heard Sri.Narayanan, Additional Public

Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. He submits that he has no objection the petitioner being released on bail, but on strict conditions. Therefore, the bail application is disposed of with the following directions. The petitioner shall surrender before the investigating officer on 10.06.2022. In the event of arrest of the petitioner

B.A. No. 476 of 2022 3 in Crime No.6 of 2022 of Crime Branch Police Station (CB), Ernakulam the petitioner shall be released on bail on the following conditions:

(i) The petitioner shall execute a bond for sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the jurisdictional Court;

(ii) Petitioner shall appear before the investigating officer in Crime No.6/2022 Crime Branch Police Station as and when summoned to do so;
