JUDGMENT

A. Muhamed Mustaque, J This original petition is filed by the judgment debtor. The judgment debtor expressed his willingness to pay the entire decree amount and accordingly, deposited Rs.1.5 Lakhs, based on the orders passed by this Court on 14.01.2022.

2. The decree holder submits that they would be

satisfied if the balance amount as per the decree is paid. It is also submitted that they have no objection in setting aside the sale. If that be so, we allow this original petition and direct the petitioner-judgment debtor to deposit the balance decree amount within a period of two months.

3. On deposit of the amount, the sale would stand

set aside. We also permit the respondent-decree holder to withdraw the amount in deposit. The Execution Court is directed to calculate the balance amount within a period of two weeks.
