This Criminal Miscellaneous Case has been filed to quash all further proceedings in C.C. No. 2018 of 2018 of Judicial First Class Magistrate's court-I, Varkala.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he will be satisfied if a direction is given to the learned Magistrate to dispose of the case itself expeditiously.

3. In the result, the Criminal Miscellaneous Case is

disposed of with a direction to the learned Magistrate to dispose of C.C. No. 2018 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible. If the petitioners move an application to dispense with the personal appearance of the accused at the Court below, the same shall be favourably considered.
