Petitioner is the claimant in OP(MV) No.2983/2018 pending on the files of the MACT, Thiruvananthapuram. The petitioner seeks for an expeditious disposal of the OP(MV).

2. It is reported that written statement is yet to

be filed in the proceedings by the third respondent - Insurance Company. The case presently stands posted to 19.05.2022. The OP being of the year 2018 needs to be disposed of without delay.

3. It is ordered that the Tribunal shall suo motu

advance the posting of the case with notice to both sides, and make every endeavour to have the OP(MV) tried and disposed of on or before 31.07.2022. Original petition is disposed of as above.
