This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5956 of 2026 on 09.03.2026, to stay at Nagercoil and report before Kottar Police Station, Nagercoil, daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.
