The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the child is being produced on 1 st and 3rd Saturdays instead of 1st and 3rd Fridays as ordered in the order of the learned Magistrate since the child has to attend school on Fridays. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner used to see the child on both Saturdays. Recording the above submission, the contempt case is closed.
