JUDGMENT

The prayer in the petition is as under:

a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any appropriate writ order

or direction, directing the Respondents to renew the Ext.P-2 and P-3 passport forthwith.

b) Issue a writ of mandamus or any appropriate writ order

or direction, directing the Respondents to process the passport renewal application filed by the petitioner seeking renewal of Ext P-2 and P-3 passport of the minor children Amaan Azeez and Amna Azeez and renew the same without insisting for any order from Court or consent from the 3rd respondent without any delay.

c) grant such other reliefs prayed for from time to time including cost of these proceedings. However, no documents have been placed on record as to which is the application and when was it submitted. The writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.
