2. Since the identical prayer of the petitioner figures in her representation

dated 30.03.2026, which is pending before the authorities, it would be more appropriate that the authorities consider the same and pass orders in light of the extant Rules.

3. Mr.Muniyapparaj, who appears for the respondents, accedes to the receipt of the representation and states that the same is under process.

4. Let orders be passed within a week from today having regard to the relevant Rules and a copy served promptly on the petitioner and the convict.
