The above appeal has been instituted to impugn the interim

order dated 5.1.2022 rendered by the learned Single Judge in

W.P.(C). No. 29929/2021.

2. The appellant herein is the 2nd respondent in the Writ Petition. Respondents 1 & 2 herein are the writ petitioners. Respondent Nos.3 & 4 herein are R-1 & R-3 respectively in the W.P.(C).

3. Today, when the matter has been taken up for

consideration, Sri.M.Sasindran, learned counsel appearing for the writ appellant would submit that, in view of the judgment rendered by the learned Single Judge on 25.5.2022 closing the W.P.(C), the matter in issue raised in this appeal has become infructuous. It is also

pointed out that the learned Single Judge as per the judgment

rendered on 25.5.2022 in the instant W.P.(C)., has left open all the WA 20/22 - : 4 :- contentions and has reserved liberty to the parties to approach this Court again, if so required in future, etc. Recording the abovesaid submissions of the writ appellant, the above writ appeal will stand dismissed as infructuous.
