JUDGMENT

This is an application filed by the petitioner herein to transfer O.P (dissolution of marriage) No.635/2020 pending before Family Court, Tirur to Family Court, Thrissur highlighting her convenience. The petitioner is the wife of the respondent. Though notice was issued to the respondent, he did not appear. Acting on the affidavit filed along with this petition and the averments in this petition, I could gather the convenience, as canvassed by the petitioner. Therefore, I am inclined to allow this Transfer Petition.

2. In the result, this Transfer Petition is allowed.

O.P. (dissolution of marriage) No.635 of 2020 pending before the Family Court, Tirur shall stand transferred to the Family Court, Thrissur. Family Court, Tirur is directed to forward Tr.P(C).No.19 of 2022 3 the case records to the Family Court, Thrissur forthwith. Parties shall appear before the Family Court, Thrissur on 07.03.2022. Registry shall forward a copy of this order to the Family Court, Tirur and Family Court, Thrissur, within 7 days for information and compliance. Sd/- (A.
