JUDGMENT

Dated this the 17th day of January, 2022 S. Manikumar, CJ. Instant Writ appeal is filed by the State and its officials challenging the judgment of learned Single Judge in W.P(C).No.28700 of 2021 dated 16.12.2021.

2. Appellants were respondents 1 to 3 in the writ petition. In

fact, the party respondents in the aforesaid writ petition namely, Arya Ganga R., who is the 4th respondent in the captioned appeal has preferred W.A. No.1736 of 2021, challenging the very same judgment of the learned Single Judge. The above said writ appeal was allowed and accordingly the writ petition filed by the first respondent in the present appeal namely N. Pradeep Kumar, was dismissed. In that view of the matter, the captioned appeal filed by the State is disposed of in terms of the judgment in writ appeal No.1736 of 2021 dated 6.1.2022.
