respondent seeks transfer of OP (HMA) No.600/2021 pending before the Family Court, Pala to Family Court, Irinjalakuda on the ground of her convenience stating that she along with her minor child have been residing at Vallivattom.

3. Though notice served upon the respondent, nobody appeared. Accordingly, this transfer petition stands allowed. O.P.

shall stand transferred to the Family Court, Irinjalakuda. Family Court, Pala is directed to forward the case records to the Family Court, Irinjalakuda.
