2. Ms.Janani would submit that Mr.J.Chandran, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for R3/Insurance Company and she has got objections in allowing the application.
3. The petitioner would aver that due to financial constrains, delay of 304 days in preferring the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
4. Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this
