This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 5 of Limitation Act, praying to condone the delay of 718 days in filing the restoration petition seeking to restore S.A.No.562 of 2004 which was dismissed as against the Respondents 1, 2, 3 & 5 on 12.01.2024.
