2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government

Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5240 of 2026 dated 03.03.2026 is modified to the effect that “ the petitioner is directed to stay at Madurai and sign before Thallakulam Police Station daily Morning at 10.00 a.m. until further orders”.
