No. 17 of 2004 The Official Liquidator, High Court, Madras as the Liquidator of M/s.SIV Industries Limited (in liquidation) II Floor, Corporate Bhaven No.29, Rajaji Salai, Chennai - 600 001. ..Applicant Application filed under Section 460(4) of The Companies Act, 1956 read with Rules 9, 11(b) of The Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 praying for the following reliefs:

(a) to take the report on record;

(b) Official Liquidator may be permitted to pay valuation charges to the tune of Rs.99,400/- to ITCOT Limited from funds of the company in liquidation;

(c) Official Liquidator may be permitted to pay paper publication

2. In the report in support of this application, it is stated that the

company in liquidation has insufficient funds to make the above payments and that the Official Liquidator be permitted to make the payment from and out of common pool fund account subject to the condition that the same be recouped from the sale proceeds of the assets of the company in liquidation.
