ORDER
The petitioner who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 406, 420, 468, 471, 365, 368, 506(1) of IPCin Crime No.20 of 2023, seek anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 05.12.2025, this Court passed the following order:
In this case, it is reported that already the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.7874 of 2024 dated 19.06.2024 with condition to deposit a sum of Rs.5 lakhs, however, the same has not been complied with and further this petition has been filed as a fresh anticipatory bail petition and there is no representation for the petitioner, hence, I am not inclined to pass any order.
Now, without any change in circumstances, present petition is filed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
