For Petitioner : Mr.S.Ramajayam For Respondent : Mr.V.Vijayakumar

ORDER

As directed by this Court, vide order dated 18.12.2025, the cost of Rs.5,000/- has been paid.

2. In view of the above, the order dated 18.12.2025 shall take effect. Consequently, the impugned order dated 22.02.2024 is set aside.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent very fairly submits that

even the application under Order IX Rule 13 of the Code of Civil Procedure can be allowed, in order to save judicial time and to avoid further agony to the respondent.

4. In the light of the above submission, the suo motu application

under Order IX Rule 13 of the Code of Civil Procedure is allowed. The Trial Court is directed to conduct the trial expeditiously and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.193 of 2014 on or before 30.04.2026. Both the parties shall co-operate for the early disposal of the suit, without seeking unnecessary adjournments.

5. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed as indicated above. No costs. Index : Yes/No Neutral Citation : Yes/No
