ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.106 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government

Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police submitted that this is the fourth anticipatory bail application filed by the pettioner and that the earlier anticipatory bail applications were dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.32050 of 2025 dated 25.11.2025, Crl.O.P.No.33813 of 2025 dated 10.12.2025 and Crl.O.P.No.35855 of 2025 dated 27.01.2026.

3. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed by the

petitioner without any change in circumstances. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the petitioner does not deserve the relief of anticipatory bail and that the petition is devoid of merits.
