This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Paragraph No.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.35889 of 2025 dated 26.12.2025, wherein the petitioner was directed to report before the POCSO Court, Tiruvarur on all working days at 10.00 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government

Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.35889 of 2025 dated 26.12.2025 is modified to the effect that ‘the petitioner shall report before the POCSO Court, Tiruvarur, once a week on every monday until further orders. Index: Yes/No
