Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioners representation dated 16.10.2024 pursuant to the proceedings of the 1st respondent in O.Mu.No.978682/2024/11 dated 13.11.2024 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action against respondents 3 to 6 for collecting money from the public in the name of the community and temple without proper authority and without issuing receipts and to recover the amount of Rs.24,54,619 collected by them and ensure that the same is utilized for the renovation works of Arulmigu Subramaniya Swamy Temple, Chennimalai.
