ORDER

The petitioners apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 4(1)(B) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition (Amendment) Act, 2024 , in Crime No.536 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners was involved in illegal possession of 345 Nos of brandy bottles each containing 180 ml. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the

petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court and hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the
