Respondent(s) PRAYER directing the respondents to conduct enquiry and to issue Chitta and patta for the property situated at Dharmapuri District, Palacode Taluk, Soodanur Village comprised in Survey No.140/8B, measuring to an extent of 30 cents in the name of the petitioner and the legal heirs of the deceased Nanjappan, namely (1) Muniraj and (2) Kaliappan based on the petitioner representation dated 09.02.2026 within a stipulated period in accordance with law. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue chitta and patta in the name of the petitioner and the legal heirs of the deceased Nanjappan namely (1)Muniraj and (2)Kaliappan for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner’s representation, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections from the neighbouring land owners, if any or any other third party whom the second respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
