ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement in the court bundle today stating that the petitioner may be permitted to approach the civil court to redress her grievance as prayed for in this writ petition.
2. Admittedly, a civil suit between the contesting parties is pending for the very same property. Therefore, necessarily, the petitioner will have to approach only the civil court to agitate her rights.
3. In view of the same, this Court, in terms of the endorsement
made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, disposes of this Writ Petition, by granting liberty for the petitioner to raise all her grievance as raised in this writ petition in the civil suit pending between the contesting parties in O.S.No.179 of 2024 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Omalur.
