Earlier, this Court, on 12.02.2026 had referred the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Coimbatore. Accordingly, the parties have appeared before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Coimbatore and arrived at a compromise and entered into a settlement agreement dated 18.02.2026.

2. In view of the Settlement Agreement arrived at between the

parties before the Mediation Centre, Coimbatore, this Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 18.02.2026. The said Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree. Refund of Court fee ordered under Section 69-A of the Tamil Nadu Court Fees Suit & Valuation Act, 1955. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition, if any, stands closed. ay Index: Yes / No
