This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 325 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal against the judgment dated 21.01.2025 made in Spl.S.C.No.04/2020 by the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of the Cases under the POCSO Act, Chengalpattu.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the

averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition seeking to condone the delay of 325 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is ordered.
