ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.662 of 2024 before the jurisdictional Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned

Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that the investigation has been completed and closed as undetectable. To that effect, the third respondent Police will be able to file the final report within a period of one month.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government

Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court directs the third respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.662 of 2024 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
