the delay of 244 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case against the order

passed in Crl.M.P.No.1351 of 2024 in M.C.No.46 of 2023 dated 09.12.2024 on the file of the Family Court, Erode.

2. There are no serious objections on behalf of the respondents.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the

petitioner and upon perusing the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that sufficient cause has been shown for condoning the delay.
