ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioners seek for early disposal of their appeal dated 06.02.2024 pending on the file of the respondent.
2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
3. No prejudice will be caused to the respondent if the petitioners’ appeal
dated 06.02.2024 is considered on merits and in accordance with law, and also by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioners’ appeal dated 06.02.2024, on merits and in accordance with law, and also by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
