This criminal miscellaneous petition is filed to condone the delay of 567 days in filing the above revision.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in

support of the petition, the delay is condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) in favour of ‘ The Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras’ within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.
