ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.1158 of 2026 dated 02.02.2026, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation;
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is still pending. Page1 of 2 K.RAJASEKAR J. gbi
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court
in Crl.OP.No.1158 of 2026 dated 02.02.2026, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week on every Monday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of six more weeks.
