ORDER
The writ petition is filed to direct the third respondent to consider and to pass appropriate orders in Na.Ka.No.1381/2025/A2 dated 10.03.2025 within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. In view of the innocuous nature of the relief that is prayed for, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage without notice to the private Page2 of 5 respondents. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits or otherwise of the case of the petitioner.
3. It is seen that the petitioner has made an application before the third
respondent under the provisions of the Maintenance of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 and from the proceedings dated 10.03.2025 it appears that an enquiry was already conducted by the third respondent.
4. In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of with the following
direction: If any further enquiry has to be conducted in the same application, the same shall be conducted expeditiously by the third respondent and if the enquiry is already over, an order shall be passed as expeditiously as possible. The entire proceedings shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order without waiting for the certified copy of the order.
