ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Page1 of 4

2. The petitioner had submitted a representation dated 26.12.2025 seeking

for survey and demarcation of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the first respondent, if the aforesaid

representation of the petitioner is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom the first respondent deems it fit to enquire. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:-

(a) Before surveying the land in question, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, whom the first respondent deems it fit to enquire.

(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering
