Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 5th respondent to survey the land in Survey No.39/1 with an extend of 1.36 Acres, Survey No.39/7 with an extend of 1.50 Acres, Survey No.39/7A with an extend of 0.42 Cents, Survey No.39/7B with an extend of 1.00 Acre, Survey No.39/8A with an extend of 1.00 Acre, Survey No.39/8B with an extend of 2.00 Acres, Survey No.39/9 with an extend of 3.00 Acres and Survey No.39/10C with an extend of 0.85 at Punugandoddi Village, Kelavarapalli, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District identify and demarcate the boundaries of the land and by considering the representation of the 2nd petitioner dated 06.01.2026.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 5 th respondent to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on the online application, dated 06.01.2026 with the assistance of the respondents 2, 4 and 6.
2. Since the aforesaid application was not considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. Page No.2 of 6
3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts
notice on behalf of the respondents 1, 3 and 5 and Mr.R.Venkatesa Perumal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 2, 4 and 6.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the 5 th respondent
is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner’s property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom they deem fit to put on notice within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:-
(a) Before surveying the lands in question, the 5th respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, if they deem fit to put on notice.
(b) After receiving objections if any and after
considering the same, the 5th respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (c) If the need arises for police assistance and on a request made by the 5th respondent, the 6th respondent shall render police assistance for the effective implementation of this order.
