ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus to the second respondent to issue Work Site Inspection Certificate and Plant and Machineries Certificate to the petitioner-Company so to enable them to participate in the bids with respect to Sl.No.3 of the Tender Notification in Tender Notice No.64/2025-2026/HDO, dated 20.01.2026, through online before the scheduled date i.e., 07.02.2026.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr. Yogesh Kannadasan,

learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the said certificates have been issued to the petitioner. The said statement is also conceded by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Considering the fact that the Work Site Inspection Certificate and Plant
