This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the accordance with law.
2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit
that in the prayer of the present case, the petitioner had requested an opportunity of hearing before determining compensation for the land acquired by them. By referring the counter, he would submit that the respondents had provided sufficient opportunities prior to the determination of compensation and that may be a reason for non-appearance of the petitioner. Hence, he prays for dismissal of this petition.
