This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to approve the appointment of M.Pandiyarajan as Secondary Grade Teacher in the petitioner’s school with effect from 01.12.2021 in the light of .G.O.No. 300 dated 24.12.2025.

2. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue direction to the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner’s representation dated 10.01.2026 within a specified time.
