ORDER
The prayer in the writ petition is only to direct the first respondent to dispose of the revision petition in R.P.No.139 of 2025 and the appeal in A.P. No.50 of 2022.
2. In view of the innocuous nature of the relief sought, the writ petition is
disposed of at the admission stage, without notice to the third respondent. It is made clear that this Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
3. This writ petition is disposed of with the following direction:
The first respondent shall take up R.P. No.139 of 2025 and A.P. No.50 of 2022 for hearing, in accordance with law and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of this order, without waiting for the certified copy.
