When the matter taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner/defacto complainant.

3. The petitioner was continuously absent for appearing in this matter at
the time of hearing since 03.06.2025 and hence, the matter was directed to be listed on several hearings and that on 15.12.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today (02.01.2026) under the caption “for dismissal”. Even today (02.01.2026) also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner has not interested to prosecute the case, further.
