ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the online application dated 19.09.2022 filed by the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case,

the petitioner has filed an online application, requesting the respondents 1 & 2 to effect sub division of the land measuring 1.54 acres comprised in S.No. separate patta to the petitioners as per the Compromise decree dated 11.9.2021 passed in O.s. No. 132 of 2021 on the file of the Sub Court, Omalur. However, the said application was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition.

3. In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's application will be disposed of by the respondent within a period of 4 weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of

the matter, this Court directs the respondents to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 19.09.2022 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No cost.
