ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax one of the conditions imposed by this Court in Paragraph No. 6(b) in Crl.OP.No.35569 of 2025 dated 30.12.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders;

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has duly complied the condition of this Court from 05.01.2026 to till date and hence prays to allow this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the

respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and opposed to allow this petition. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that ‘‘ the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30a.m.,for a period of six weeks’’. The other conditions imposed by the Court shall remain intact.
