ORDER
This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the
order of this Court in Crl.OP.No.24365 of 2025 dated 11.11.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this
Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner by order dated 11.11.2025, had directed the petitioner to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Puducherry and execute a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum. He would further submit that the petitioner was unable to execute the sureties and comply the condition in time. Thereby, he once again seeks extension of time.
3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for
the petitioner, time is extended for a further period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to surrender and to execute the sureties, as ordered by this Court, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled, without any further extension. The other conditions shall remain intact.
