This miscellaneous petition is filed to fix an early date to hear W.P.No.15575 of 2023 and pass orders. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

3. It is to be noted that the writ petition in W.P.No.15575 of 2023 is filed challenging the proceedings dated 02.09.2022.

4. Being not satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in

support of the petition, this Court is of the view that there is no urgency in the matter for bypassing the seniority of hearing of the present writ petition over the other writ petitions pending on the file of this Court. Page2 of 5
