The civil revision petition is filed seeking direction to Subordinate Judge, Tirupattur, Tirupattur District to dispose of the suit filed by the respondents 1 and 2 in OS.No. 79 of 2020 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. The respondents 1 and 2 filed a suit for partition against the petitioner and other respondents.

3. A perusal of the e-court status filed in the typed set of papers would

indicate that the trial in the suit was commenced on 09.01.2024 by filing of proof affidavit by PW1. However, till date the trial is in the stage of further evidence on behalf of the plaintiffs.
