By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay difference in leave salary, difference in gratuity and pension arrears with 10%

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made representation dated 11.12.2025 to the respondents seeking to pay difference in leave salary, difference in gratuity and pension arrears with 10% interest as per 15 th wage settlement dated 29.05.2025, however, there is no response.
