This Second Appeal has been filed praying to set aside the Judgment

and Decree dated March 19, 2003 made in A.S.No. 128 of 2002 on the file of II Additional District Judge, Coimbatore, confirming the Judgment and Decree dated April 26, 2002 made in O.S.No.1801 of 1998 on the file of Principal District Munsif, Coimbatore. 2.Mr.L.S.Vaseekaran, representing Mr.T.R.Rajaraman, Counsel for the Appellant and Mr.D.Venkatesh, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Respondent are before the Court. 3.Representing Counsel for the Appellant submits that the sole appellant passed away. To that effect, the learned Counsel filed a Memo dated April 29, 2026. The learned Counsel further submits that the legal heirs of the deceased did not turn up.
