ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.35368 of 2025 dated 26.12.2025, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m, until further orders”.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the

petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. He further submitted that after completion of investigation, the respondent has filed final report.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this

Court in Crl.O.P.No.35368 of 2025 dated 26.12.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
